  • Based on need in the external environment and the capacity of the organization, THRA will work through the following strategies in coming three years-2010-2013.
  • Human Rights
  • Public Awareness raising on election process with focus on women
  • Advocacy
  • Gender
  • Elimination of violence
  • Institutional capacity building
  • Fundraising
  • Conduct training programs on human rights with an emphasis on women’s rights through seminars, workshops, campaigns and gatherings.
  • Provide Training and advocacy programs on Convention on Elimination of all forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW)and article #1325 of security council of United nation , convention on civil and political rights , convention of economical, social, culture, civil rights , convention on children’s rights, Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), peace building and women’s rights according Islam.
  • Training of independent election observers for the observation of election
  • Conduct campaign for awareness regarding Neka Nama (Marriage contract) and its importance.
  • Voluntarily support the network , which are working for human rights , peace building and free and fair election.
  • Conduct literacy, computer and English language skills development courses for women and girls and introduce young girls to schools.
  • Provide vocational training through offering courses in embroidery and handicrafts for women and establishing resource center for women.
  • Establish women Shura to raise women voice for taking their rights.
  • Voluntarily work for providing handbooks and manuals fro human rights , women rights and children rights in afgahnistan
